I am a mother to three mermaids and married to Poseidon himself. I work as an English Language Teacher and a Personal Fitness Trainer. I am also currently training to be a T-Tapp Trainer, and I love working out with Teresa Tapp for 15 minutes a day. Staying fit and healthy are important aspects of my life.
