I am The Dean of Students at Fairhill School in Philadelphia PA. I have always had a strong interest in the CFL (Canadian Football League) I am currently aspiring to be a writer for the CFL. I would also like to work in Public relations, promotions, and one day become part of the CFL or a franchises front office as I have a good feel for the league and have many ideas in which would generate revenue for the league, teams, and players. As the CFL has a low salary cap I would like to help the league to create partners that would be able to compensate players in other ways besides actual monetary part of their salary. For example promoting and recruiting imports to the CFL in providing them with housing and automobile transportation with local or natonal businesses. Where as a young player going to another country to play football teams can only offer low salaries at this point. Finding partners to pay for players housing and autos for the season and beyond would help to compensate them where they can focus on football all year round instead of finding full time off season jobs
