Cheryl Davis is a personal trainer and IFBB professional figure competitor currently based in Alexandria, VA. She is a former dancer and athlete and specializes in general fitness, weight loss, and athletic conditioning with her clients. In her first year of competing, Cheryl attained professional status in two major bodybuilding federations, won the Overall in her first two shows, and earned her IFBB Pro Card at her first show as a national level competitor. She has a passion for transformation and seeks to help each and every one of her clients achieve lasting changes that improve their overall wellness and quality of life, as well as meet their specific fitness goals.
