I'm a 65 year old woman who has been smoking most of my life. I now have COPD and I have to quit. My quit date is this coming Sunday, August 14th. I am very scared. I need all the help and support I can get. I plan to blog my quit journey. Hopefully more will join me and this can be a place of support and help.
