Hey, I’m Bradley Benner. Back in 2010 I was an electrician running my own contracting company, scrambling for leads every month. I stumbled into local SEO trying to fix my own problem, fell in love with it, and within two years turned that side hustle into my first full-blown agency. In 2014 I co-founded Semantic Mastery with a few partners. That’s still my training and coaching home—thousands of agency owners have come through our courses and MasterMIND learning how to productize SEO, sell high-ticket retainers, and build real agencies that don’t eat 80 hours a week. We teach the stuff that actually moves the needle: cash-flow SEO, directory hybrids, sales, systems, and now heavy AI integration so you’re not left behind. 2020 I decided to stop being a generalist. I took everything I knew about local marketing and pointed it at one industry—tree care. That became TreeCareHQ. Today we run marketing and lead-gen for tree service companies all over the country, plus we’ve built CanopyCall, the AI-powered call handling and lead recovery system that stops tree guys from bleeding thousands in missed jobs every storm season. 2022 I launched Semantic Links because I got tired of watching good agencies stall out on link building. It’s a 100% white-label, relevance-first link building service built exclusively for local SEO campaigns. Agencies plug us in, we handle the outreach, guest posts, citations, and niche edits—no junk, no PBNs, just clean, powerful links that actually move rankings. Long story short: I’ve been in the trenches as an electrician, as an agency owner, as a trainer, and as a service provider. I still run all three companies because I love helping two groups of people: 1. Tree care contractors who are awesome at climbing and cutting but hate losing jobs because the phone rang while they were 60 feet up. 2. Local SEO agency owners who want to stop trading hours for dollars and start building something that actually scales. If you’re in either camp, hit my DMs. I over-explain everything, usually with a story, a few numbers, and zero corporate bullshit. You’ve been warned.
