Currently a Math Ed Professor. I am lucky to have begun teaching within an incredible professional community. This experience launched a career marked by a critical eye and deconstructive orientation to the impact of the structures on children, adults, and professionals in mathematics and mathematics education. My goal is to reorient mathematics education to a post-knowledge paradigm: a renewed value of mathematics as human activity, a focus on numeracy, and an orientation to critical knowing.
