Bashar Malkawi

Dr. Bashar Malkawi is associate professor of law at University of Sharjah. Dr. Malkawi holds LLM in International Trade Law from University of Arizona and SJD from American University, Washington College of Law. In 2008, he received Todd G. Patkin Fellowship from the Brookings Institution in the United States. He has participated in several international donor-funded projects and programmes with the goal of attracting foreign investment and advancing legal reforms. Professor Malkawi has published many articles on different topics in business law and international trade.
