Barbara Bray is an Empowerment Coach, award-winning author, podcast host, international speaker, and Story Weaver. She has been on a mission for over 30 years to transform teaching so learning is more authentic and meaningful. Barbara is past owner/founder of My eCoach, past co-founder of Personalize Learning, LLC, and co-author of Make Learning Personal and How to Personalize Learning. In 2017, Barbara started the Rethinking Learning podcast to capture stories that were all about defining who we are and why we are here. From these stories, she developed activities and presentations for participants to discover and rediscover their WHY. These activities and stories became the heart of her book, Define Your Why: Own Your Story So You can Live and Learn on Purpose. Her most recent book "Grow Your Why: One Story at a Time," includes 23 personal narratives from inspirational contributing authors. Barbara, under her new company, Grow Your WHY, coaches educators, women, and leader. She is invited to do presentations, keynotes, and workshops on redefining and growing your WHY during uncertain times, rethinking learning to empower learner agency, Moving from Stuck to Unstoppable, and WHY now is the time to live the life you love.
