Oil painting, dance and piano music, in private. Professional career: In 1960, he was employed as Teacher in a Technical Professional School. In 1961, he was recruited by the Italian Air Force and promoted 2nd Lt. Technical Officer of Eng. I.A.F. From 1961 to 1963, he was responsible for the 3rd level Fiat G91 Tactical Fighter Aircraft Maintenance Group. In 1963 he attended an intensive (4 months) English language course. From 1964 to 1965, he was assigned as 1st Lt. Chief of Maintenance Group for the 23rd F86K all Weather Fighter Squadron. From 1966 to 1971, he was qualified Aircraft and Missile Armament Officer and assigned to the 1st Ground to Air Missile Air-Brigade. In 1967, he attended a Nike Hercules technical-operational course in Fort Bliss, El Paso, TX – USA. He was responsible also to inspect and check the integrity of frames, both for conventional and nuclear warheads. Therefore he acquired the Top Secret clearance to conform with the security NATO procedures and to gain access to the US Army Nuclear sites. From 1972 to 1983, he was moved to the 5th Air-Wing in Rimini to become responsible for the Nuclear Warhead Loading Team. Promoted Captain, he attended an F104 Fighter/ Bomber Armament Course. Promoted Major he attended a Nuclear Analyst Course, then he was appointed to apply and supervise the Joint Site Safety and Security Plan for the Special Weapons Storage and Quick Reaction Sites with the USAF Unit in Rimini's AFB. From 1984 to 1992, he was assigned to the Air Logistic Staff - Rome for the acquisition of weapons, explosives, EOD equipment, night vision devices and passive defence devices. Promoted Lt. Col., four years after, he was moved to the 4th level Repair and Overhaul Unit of IAF’s Rifles, Guns, Machine Guns and accessories with the task of Managing Director. He retired in 1992 with Full Colonel Rank and for several years he covered freelance jobs as a security consultant and as PI on international basis. From 2005 to 2008 he merged as partner and Sole Manager in the VMT srl company, Electronic and EOD/IED Equipment for Defence and Law Enforcement.
