I currently serve as the Curator and Chief Operating Officer for the Milken Archive of Jewish Music, an initiative of the non-profit Milken Family Foundation. I have a Ph.D. in ethnomusicology from UCLA (2009), for which I wrote a dissertation on music and identity amongst (mostly) American Jewish musicians affiliated with the Radical Jewish Culture series on John Zorn's Tzadik label.
