I am the Director of Education for Gregory Condes Wines, a state-wide importer/distributor in California. I reside in Napa Valley on a vineyard. I have previously worked at The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX, The French Laundry in Yountville, CA and Stephan Pyles restaurant in Dallas. I have attained the Advanced Certificate with the Court of Master Sommeliers and have taken the Master Sommelier Exam three times passing Theory and Service. I'm undecided whether to sit again but I am actively mentoring young sommeliers and host a monthly webcast for sommeliers Tips of the Trade on ToutSuite.com.
