Anthony Samsel, research scientist and consultant formerly with Arthur D. Little, Cambridge, MA. He has over 40 years of experience working on many contract projects for the US Coast Guard, EPA, NIH and Army Corps of Engineers including EIS generation. He is the author of "The Guide To Water Cleanup Materials & Methods" as well as numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers which may be accessed at Research Gate in his authors file. He is owner of SEAPHS (Samsel Environmental and Public Health Services) which pursues polluters in the public interest, helping communities in the USA and around the planet with issues relating to public health and the environment.
