I discovered my love of form-fitting clothing in high school, wearing those long-legged girdles under my starched circle skirts and white cotton blouses with Peter Pan collars, waist tightly cinched by a wide leather belt! Remember those outfits from the 50s and 60s? If not, I surely hope you have enjoyed seeing them in the fall, 2007 movie "Hair Spray," or otherwise discovered the magic of modern custom corsetry, and how much fun dressing up the "old fashioned-new fangled way" can truly be! In 1990 left a former career as a civil trial attorney (Deputy Attorney General, State of California) to explore my lifelong love of fashion, leading in a natural progression to --corsetry!
