So yeah. I USED to be andirunner, but no longer. In a way, I sort of like the irony of having andirunner as my handle, particularly because this blog is about to become a place where I will pour out all the sordid details of my upcoming PAO surgery... Alas, I may never run again...and crazy as that may seem, that's been the most difficult thing for me to accept.
