I am a writer, both by training and by trade. I hold an MFA in creative writing from a reputable writing program, and I also hold a master's degree in communications management from the best communications school in the nation. My fiction has been published in a multitude of literary magazines, and I have won first place in a poetry competition. I have also been a writer in the public relations field for going on 15 years now. My expertise in public relations centers around government relations, public policy, and nonprofit organizations. In addition to my fulltime public relations job, I teach public relations writing and rhetorical writing at local colleges.
