Hello,My fellow MS'ers I was diagnosed with ms in 1999. The type of ms that I have is relapsing and remitting. Most of my issues are balance issues,cognition,memory and neuropathy in both feet,which make standing and walking issues quite painful. Why this group? Because it has been found through research that ms in African-Americans is much more severe also isolation and there is less knowledge about coping skills which can help us to enjoy a much more productive life. Group is held the second Thursday of each month at Reynolds Corner Public Library at 1:00 pm. You are all invited to come and join our group, which will then become your group.
