My Little Italian Kitchen

I love to cook and I love to eat! That's the reason for this blog. I am an Italian living in England and, like most Italians, I am food-obsessed and through my "little Italian kitchen" in my own home I re-create dishes my mum would do for me as a child. What nice memories can food recall! It is a joy to the senses. I experiment in the kitchen all the time and I am always on the look for something new to make. The greatest reward is to be able to share it all with my husband and two young children. I believe in ingredients which are locally sourced and in season whenever possible as this is the secret for the greatest tasting meals. I hope you enjoy them! xxx
