Most people know my passion about hummingbirds, that started about 20 years ago when I happened to see one hovering on a lovely red flower and I was mesmerized.. I read all about them and soon learned to grow plants specifically for them. I have wonderful friends who have invited me to go on banding trips with them. I also am a painter and hummingbirds are a favorite subject. I am a retired school psychologist and now enjoy spending lots of time reading and also reviewing books. I love walking along the beach, visiting with friends, and still playing tennis for fun. - and of course I love Facebook, and Twitter.
